24-Hour Clean Eating Meal Plan
MORNING RITUAL: Hot Lemon Water
GREEN SHAKE: Protein powder* or almond butter (1.5T) + unsweetened vanilla almond milk (1/2 c.) + kale (1 c.) + banana (1 small) + ice. *Brands like Vega, Garden of Life, or Vital Proteins.
TAHINI TWISTER: 1 sprouted whole grain wrap filled w. grilled veggies (1 c.) + tahini (2T)
NOURISH BOWL: Cooked quinoa (1/2 c.) + cooked garbanzo beans (1/2 c.) or grilled salmon (3 oz) + chopped kale massaged in olive oil & lemon (2 c.) + smashed avocado (1/2) + unpasteurized sauerkraut (1/4 c.)
NIGHT RITUAL: Peppermint tea + Dark chocolate (1 oz)
BELLY FIX SNACK: Kefir shot (plain, 1/2 c.) + berry chaser (1/2 c.)
*Intermittent Fasting 101: Wait 12-16 hours after dinner to start breakfast. Giving your body time & space without food is very healing, reparative, and your body can do its own auto-clean mode, just like an oven. Reducing your “eating window” may help reset metabolism. Burn, baby, burn!
*Focus on chewing every bite of food 15x. It’s the #1 thing to do for betting digestion.
*Enjoy every meal from table-plate-chair.
*Hit your daily water targets. Water helps digest food, transport nutrients & flush toxins/waste out of the body.
