How did you come up with this idea?
I’ve been a dietitian for 15+ years and I’ve used a “superswap” philosophy from the very beginning:

I officially thought of the term “SuperSwap” & started working on the Superfood Swap book in 2013. The BOOK comes out December 27, 2016. I eat this way, I teach thousands of my clients to eat this way, and I created a magazine version of the plan where 3,500 people followed it and successfully lost weight.
The idea to do a STARTER KIT was inspired by my experience on the ABC Reality Show, My Diet is Better Than Yours.
