Week 1: Meal plan. Get the specifics of what/when/how much to eat.
Week 2: Food photo logs. Take pics of everything & they’re sent to me for feedback.
Week 3: Exercise calendar. Use the FITTE principle to shake up your plateau.
Week 4: Final push. We’ll review any remaining Q&A or success strategies.
