There’s nothing more frustrating or demotivating than just seeing slow, ho-hum weight loss results. So, let’s work together & get you those exciting, motivating, quick results that you need.
What you get:
THREE-45 minute group calls
Day 1 (kickoff) + Day 7 (mid-point check) + Day 14 (next steps).
These calls are all about the FAQ, baby! You’ve got questions, I’ve got answers. You can ask specific questions for your good & the good of the group. There will be no one-on-one calls, but you will get the support that you need from participating in these group FAQ calls! We can talk about how to tame sugar cravings, what to do when munchies strike, brand names of products I love, or whatever you need! If you miss a call, don’t worry. I’ll send you a taped copy of the call so you can listen to what happened.
daily food photo logging
Taking pictures of everything you eat is the secret to this 14-day program. It’s the BEST way to lose weight & get healthy! I have a free app you will use on your phone to make this fun & easy! No writing things down or counting calories or points. You snap pictures of all your meals, snacks, drinks, treats – that’s it! The pictures automatically come right to me. After the first 7 days, I will give you a PERSONAL report of your food pictures – what’s working & what’s not. After that, I’ll empower you with the tools to “grade” your own daily pictures.
daily homework emails
Everyday I make sure you have a checklist of clearly what to do. There’s no guessing! I’ll focus on habit creation, exactly what to eat, and pop in some fitness routines, too. Because you are doing a little something everyday…it doesn’t feel overwhelming.
case study examples
We learn best by REAL LIFE examples! On the FAQ calls, I will give you things I’ve seen in the group’s photo food logs that are working, and things that are not. The examples may come from your own photo log, but I will keep the examples anonymous on the call.
private Facebook group
After our 14-days together, you will get access to a private Facebook group to keep your new habits going strong (with help from group members & me!) The first 14 days puts your success in motion…this groups helps keep the momentum going.

What will I get out of this?
You will learn how to healthfully lose weight without fad diets or restriction. You will see motivating results that get you excited about doing the work. The daily emails make what usually is overwhelming seem much more manageable! And…the private FB group will be the support you need to keep your results going.
Will I get any one-on-one time w/ Dawn?
Think of this as individual coaching, but in a group. There’s no one-on-one time, but the group calls will be what you need to feel personal attention. I get that weight loss & health is not a one-size-fits-all approach & you will have specific questions about your life, food, and obstacles. That’s what the calls are for. Whatever questions you have, the group will benefit from hearing about! PS: After my time filming a reality show, I learned firsthand that doing things WITH others is powerful. People working toward a similar goal is motivational – even for people who don’t like groups and never talk to anyone in the group.
How do the calls work?
I will email or text you (whichever you prefer) the call in number. The 45-minute calls are on Sundays @ noon CST so you can jump on while doing your weekend errands or on your way home from church! And, if you have to miss a call no worries, you can text in your questions ahead of time and I’ll send you a copy of the call so you can listen to what happened. There may not be time for everyone’s question, but I will get to as many as I can in the 45-minutes. Any remaining questions will get top priority on the next call or in the private FB group.
How much time do I have to put in daily? What’s the time commitment?
To see the most success, it will take an average of 1 hour each day. Some days you will be able to give it more time, some days less. Some of your homework will be to take charge of your calendar/scheduling so you get into automatic healthy habits of shopping, meal prep, eating mindfully, and exercise.
What if I fail or fall behind in the homework?
No biggie. You don’t have to be perfect to see results. And…the homework isn’t super challenging. Because we are doing a little something everyday…it doesn’t feel overwhelming.
What do you do with all the food photos?
After the first 7 days, I will give you a PERSONAL report of what you are doing that’s working & what’s not. After that, I will empower you to use your own food photos to learn what’s working for your body & what’s not. Basically you will learn how to be your own nutritionist! And, anytime you fall into a funk, you can pick up this photo food logging habit again to get you back on track. Magical!
