- 2 bulbs fennel, sliced w/ mandolin or sharp knife to 1/8” slices (about 6 cups)
- 1 bunch radishes, sliced w/ mandolin or sharp knife to 1/8” slices (about 1 cup)
- 3 Tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
