A quick note to say how much I love your recipes (Lose 5 lbs in 7 days plan in the 4/09 issue of Health magazine). I’m not a typical dieter as I can maintain a healthy weight without doing so (good genes!), but occasionally I have too many “good-but-bad” things (i.e., ice cream cones) that lead to me putting on, primarily, mid-section fat so that I can’t fit into my business suits. … I LOVE the plan and have lost a few pounds in just a week and a half. I just had the avo-canelli beans-tomato-arugula sandwich and it was one of the best things I have ever eaten! … Thanks so much for creating the healthy-and-delicious “flexitarian” plan and I think I’m now a convert!
