Here’s the story about WHY I created this…
I personally was already doing healthy lifestyle stuff with like 50-60% effort. But then I enrolled in a group challenge similar to this. And. EVERYTHING. changed! I started putting in about 90% effort with the push I needed from the supportive vibes of the group. The challenge I did helped me BUST MY HABIT PLATEAUS in a fun way and get momentum going.
So I created this Habit Tune-Up because I personally experienced how much a short-term, group challenge could spark change. In a positive, fun way.
Listen LIFESTYLE CHANGE is the only thing you can do to be a healthy person long-term. However, here’s the truth people are too scared to admit: LIFESTYLE CHANGE IS BORING. So the solution is to do a…HABIT TUNE-UP.
HABIT TUNE-UP is the perfect way to combine the FUN, GAME-LIKE feeling of a group challenge + all that is right about wholesome lifestyle change.
What actually is the “TUNE-UP”?
The TUNE-UP has THREE PARTS:
- DAILY SUCCESS TRACKING. I will help you select 3 physical and/or emotional success measurements that you will track daily to make sure you are seeing progress/results. The tracker we use is SUPER cute & effective! I will teach you how to track things such as morning energy, mood while getting dressed, regularity, bloating, sleep quality, etc. There will also be an OPTIONAL use of a scale as one possible measurement. Note: If the scale is selected, I’ll teach you how to use it in a non-judgmental, scientific way.
- HOME FITNESS TESTING. We’ll record before & after old school stuff like how many push-ups you can do + how long you can hold a plank and wall-sit + how far you run/walk in 6 minutes. Nothing is more exciting than to actually see your body getting more fit & strong!
- HABIT STREAKING. I’ll help you identify THREE CORE HABITS to practice over the course of the entire camp that will get YOU the best results. Your goal will be to create a “streak,” meaning that you will be trying to do those habits consistently, everyday. Not to worry, I’ll help you pick the habits & give you tips about how to stick with them! Note: Everyone will have different habits to track…which makes this very personalized.
What happens in the 6 ONLINE CLASSES?
Classes are 30-minutes each on Thursdays @ 8pm CT. I’ll email you a link each week to click…and you will enter in a LIVE chat room. You can see & hear me, but I can’t see or hear you so you can come to class in your cozy jammies if you want. I’ll have a FUN EDUCATIONAL NUTRITION TOPIC each week for 15-20 minutes…and then we will do 10-15 minutes of LIVE Q&A. You can type in any questions/struggles you have & I’ll answer them.
Can’t be there during the 30-minute class? NO PROBLEM! I’ll email you the REPLAY 2 hours after class. Here’s what we’ll talk about:

12/6: BEST MEALS & SNACKS. How to eat well without following fad diets! (suck it fads)
12/13: BRANDS. Learn what brands I love so shopping is easier.
12/20: DINING OUT/TRAVEL/PARTIES. How to stay on the challenge while enjoying REAL LIFE!
12/27: TRICKY SITUATIONS. Learn strategies to use for cravings, temptations & sabotaging self-talk.
1/3: THE END!! How to stay motivated & on-track after the Habit Tune-Up!
Is there a specific diet & exercise plan given?
Yes, you will get exercise advice + meal/snack ideas. However, you will NOT get an exact DIET or EXERCISE PROGRAM that you MUST follow. This whole program revolves around creating LIFESTYLE HABITS, not strict dieting or rigid exercise routines.
This HABIT TUNE-UP is FOR anyone who:
-wants to learn how to track success beyond just the scale
-wants motivation of a group challenge & expert resources
-is interested in eating well without dieting (positive eating!)
