2) FOOD QUALITY
Researchers found people ate an extra 500 calories a day on a processed food diet of things like
sweetened yogurt, lunchmeat, and white bread compared to a less processed diet. Eating less processed
CRAP & more real, whole food works in two ways:
start eating less.
3) MEALTIME VIBES
In one study, people who ate at restaurants with softer lighting and music consumed 175 less calories and
enjoyed food more than people who ate at brightly lit, loud restaurants.
So get your zen on before eating…. dim those lights and play quiet, calming music like Spotify’s “Classical
Goes Pop” station.
