CHICKPEA CRUST is MAGICAL.
Stir together 1/3 cup water + 1/8 teaspoon sea salt + 1/3 cup chickpea flour + 1 teaspoon olive oil.
Pour the batter into a hot pan just like you’re making a pancake. Cook for a few minutes on each side, take out of the pan, and add your toppings! No oven required!
