Plan A: Make a side salad. Half-Ass: Throw raw veggie sticks on your plate.
Plan A: Meal plan for hours. Half-Ass: Plan just a few meals/week. Use my Delicious Monotony system.
Plan A: Meditate each morning. Half Ass: Inhale/exhale for 16 seconds to feel more present & less frazzled.
Plan A: Take a 60-minute workout class. Half-Ass: Try a 7-minute full body workout or 12.5-minute sprint workout.
Plan A: Turn off electronics 2 hours before bed. Half-Ass: Use electronics w/ blue light blocking glasses for better sleep like these or these.
Plan A: Cook breakfast/lunch/dinner. Half-Ass: Enjoy NO COOK meals like overnight oatmeal, tahini twister and lazy day tacos.
