Starting the day & ending the day right is everything.
I was seeing a client & said…”I’ll tell you what to eat for meals & snacks…but the. most. important. thing. is how you START & END your day.”
Then I realized morning & night rituals were something I practice, but never wrote a WOW about. Until now…
START every day by drinking hot lemon water, matcha tea, or a simple green juice.
While you’re drinking, create good vibes for your day with a positive saying such as: Today is gonna be a great day. When I start my mornings like this, it sets the tone for a KICKA$$ healthy day.
END every day by drinking hot peppermint tea w/ a piece of dark chocolate or a golden latte.
While you’re drinking, think about one simple thing you’re grateful for from the day. One study suggests you’ll be happier, more positive & even sleep better. Gratitude changes everything. When I end my day like this, it helps signal “doneness” to stop grazing and sets me into relaxation mode.

Routine is something you do repeatedly.
Ritual is something you do repeatedly…that has a deeper meaning.
Getting into the habit or routine of doing these things is great, but go one step further and make it a ritual. Find the deeper meaning in these am & pm behaviors and they will powerfully help you create a great day. Cheers.
