How can I add TREATS into a healthy diet?

Here’s the answer…
There are TWO types of TREATS:
1) CRAP-filled treats.
Enjoy these in SOCIAL & FUN situations only. Never at home, never alone. Think cake at a birthday party, cracker jack popcorn at a Cubs game or dessert on a date. PS: Learn about CRAP HERE.
2) CRAP-free treats.
Enjoy these OCCASIONALLY in place of a balanced snack. It’s better to have filling produce + protein snacks like THESE, but SuperSwap treats [like THIS freezer fudge or THESE gingersnap cookies] are a great way to eat what you crave while getting a smart dose of superfoods.
