Food logging is when you eat something & then write it down. It’s WAY more powerful to do it in REVERSE! I call this PRE-LOGGING.
PRE-LOGGING is the OPPOSITE of regular food logging…and works BETTER!

DO THIS: Write down what you are going to eat BEFORE each day begins.
