drop: white english muffin, egg, mayo, cheese, bacon
swap: sprouted whole grain english muffin, egg, avocado, spinach
drop: low-cal frozen meal (always hungry afterward)
swap: lunch bowl w/ chicken, brown rice, lots of veggies, hummus
drop: take-out pizza
swap: homemade pizza w/ sprouted whole grain crust, CRAP-free sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil + garden salad
swap: produce & protein combo like clementines & homemade jerky
