Attitude Predicts Performance
The minute I met Jasmin I knew she was going to kick ass. She has a winning ATTITUDE…she is ready to work hard & have fun. Not seen on the show: We signed an attitude contract with 10 different attitude shifts, including one on Body Love. More on BODY LOVE HERE!
Before you get into a grocery store checkout line, do a “cart check.” You want your CART to be filled with the same ratios as your PLATE: 25% grain + 25% protein + 50% produce. Not seen on the show: Jasmin used 3-compartment plates to help her visualize the right ratios for her meals.
Weight Loss Starts in the Kitchen
Not seen on the show: For various reasons out of our control, Jasmin did not exercise the first 2 weeks. She still lost 12 pounds! Lesson…weight loss starts in the KITCHEN. Get the CRAP out & stock up with ready to eat goodies like raw nuts, fresh fruit, chopped vegetables for snacking & meals, grilled chicken, pre-cooked brown rice, hard-boiled eggs & washed/ready salad greens.
