We all find it easy to point out something we screw up & beat ourselves up about it over & over. Dwelling on negative, sabotaging thoughts about ourselves holds us back. The most powerful motivation & progress comes from highlighting the positive. So work hard to catch yourself doing something good (no matter how small) & replay it in your head to build positive momentum.
