These online classes ROCK. It’s super easy to participate: I’ll give you a link, click it on 3/2 + 3/9 + 3/16 + 3/23 @ 8:00pm CST (using your phone, computer, or tablet), and I’ll be there LIVE on video. Each class will have 4 parts:
inspiration: We all can use a feel-good song, reading, or meditation to clear away daily stress and give us energy to enjoy all that the class has to offer! [5 minutes]
topic: I’ll take you through a weight loss success topic each week. This is where I blend science w/ 15+ years of experience to give you actual tips, tricks, and advice that WORKS. This is stuff you can’t get anywhere else. [15-20 minutes]
homework: I got your back. It’s not just a feel-good class of good ideas. I’m going to challenge you to TAKE ACTION after each classes. I’ll give you specific homework that will focus you for the week and help you start creating real weight loss habits that you can use for the rest of your life. [5 minutes]
Q&A: You’ve got questions, I’ve got answers. You can type in your question or issue & I’ll respond to it right then and there. Other class members can also type in their ideas and suggestions so we are all interacting together! We can talk about how to tame sugar cravings, what to do when munchies strike, brand names of products I love, or whatever you need! [15-20 minutes]

Mindset is everything. You know this. When you are feeling good, it’s WAY easier to stay motivated and on-track. So you will receive daily Love texts to keep you inspired and joyful on this journey. Each text is a different FEEL GOOD message…it may be a song, quote, or a few empowering words. A daily dose of a feel-good text does a body good.

You’ll get membership into a private Facebook group to keep your new habits going strong with help from group members & me! It’s SUPER motivating to be in a group with people who all give a sh*t together. It’s a place to share successes & struggles…get a high-five for something you’re proud of or ask for help when you’re stuck.

The daily LOVE texts keep your spirit up to enthusiastically do the work. The weekly online classes are the perfect mix of inspiration, information, and learning from each other! And…the private FB group will be the support you need to keep your habits & results going.
How do the classes work?
I will email you a link. You click the link on the date/time of class (Thursdays @ 8:00pm CST; March 2, March 9, March 16, March 23). You can use your phone, computer, or tablet – no fancy apps/programs/or anything to download before class. Once you click the link, I’ll be there LIVE on video ready to teach class! The classes are 45-minutes. And, if you have to miss a class no worries, I’ll send you a recording of the class so you can listen to what happened. PS: There may not be time for everyone’s question, but I will get to as many as I can during class. Any remaining questions will get top priority on the next class or in the private FB group.
How much time do I have to put in daily? What’s the time commitment?
To see the most success, it will take an average of 1 hour each day. Some days you will be able to give it more time, some days less. Some of your homework will be to take charge of your calendar/scheduling so you get into automatic healthy habits of shopping, meal prep, sitting down for meals/snacks on time, and exercise.
How much weight will I actually lose in 21 days?
