Grilled Shrimp Salad with Green Tea Citrus Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup 100% orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 package (12 ounces) DOLE Very Veggie Mix
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (black & white if available)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 16 frozen/thawed tail-off shrimp, grilled (about 1 pound)

Directions

  1. Steep tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes; discard tea bag.
  2. Whisk tea with juice, vinegar, oil and ginger.
  3. Toss with remaining ingredients.
