- 1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) dark red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 cup frozen shelled edamame, thawed
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 package (10 ounces) DOLE Endless Summer Kit (Contains romaine, carrots, red cabbage, summer vinaigrette, swiss/gruyere cheese, sunflower seeds, croutons, pepper and herb seasoning.)
- Toss garbanzo beans, kidney beans, edamame, onion and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Toss with remaining salad ingredients.
