- 4 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Sea salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 package (10 ounces) DOLE Italian Blend, chopped
- 1 package (0.75 ounce) fresh basil, chopped
- 1 pint golden grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 pint red grape tomatoes, halved
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella pearls
- Whisk together balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Toss with remaining ingredients.
