At your first appointment, we’ll discuss your health and nutrition goals and your current eating style and preferences. Together we will develop a step-by-step plan of gradual and realistic changes to bring you closer to your goals. You will leave the session with “homework,” which will include specific and personalized recommendations, strategies, and tips to begin the transition to healthier habits. In our follow-up sessions we will review what lifestyle changes you have done well and also what changes you feel like you still need help with.
