Healthy Bedtime Hot Toddy.
Try Warm Honey Milk or Cocoa Milk: Heat 8 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk* and stir in 1 Tablespoon honey. Make a cocoa version by also adding in 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder. Hot almond milk can relax you into a good night's sleep – plus it's low in calories and provides a healthy dose of calcium, vitamin D and vitamin E.

*Almond milk is sold unrefrigerated in 32-ounce boxes near the cereal aisle. Once you open it, keep it in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
