Seaweed Gomasio. What do sesame seeds, seaweed and salt all have in common? They are all ingredients in a delicious seasoning called Seaweed Gomasio.
Use it instead of salt on any of your favorite foods or as the breading
for tofu, chicken, or fish. It has about 30 times less sodium per
teaspoon than regular table salt and the three types of seaweed in the
